"When I moved here to Lenoir 2 years ago from Oregon, I knew I would need a recliner, but decided to check on my father's and its condition. First time I sat in it, I realized part of the recliner 'opener' lever was broken. It wasn't long til most the the lever was broke off so I simply left it open as much as I could. My husband wanted to buy me a new one, but I wanted to save that $2K junk of change and use on something else for else. I found Fibrenew Catawba Valley's Denis Schmider and he was sure he could fix it. I sent pictures of all needed, he came and inspected the unit, and within a week found a part that would fit.
