A patch for Valheim has been released, delivery a few fixes, localization updates, and visible tweaks.

It also turns the Bonemass prize from something that looks like a couple castanets stuck in a clop of mud into an living waking incubus.

Spoiler: I'm going away to show you what it looks like below, though you may just require to inspect the spot you hung it upwards and see for yourself. It's a beautiful dramatic modification.

Here's the original Bonemass trophy, for comparing:

That's hardly the impressive kind of relic you'd await to take away from the toughest boss in the game.

And straight off, present's the same trophy afterward this update:

Yes, that's Bonemass' entire head, a whole bunch of skulls—even his eyes are made of skulls—leastwise same ribcage, and plenty of his famously venomous goop.

But wait, there's more. Information technology moves.

Do you deficiency to hang that proudly on your fence in? I am beautiful sure I do non. It already grosses me out fair-and-square using the Bonemass power, knowing that corruptive blob's essence is flowing through my torso. I buns't deal his weird disgusting head jiggling and wobbling close to all time I come home. I'm going to give that affair on the putting to death stones and never, ever so visit. Yuck!

Does the mend brawl anything other? Sure, it does engorge, probably, but I can't look to concentrate on the list because I'm even thinking about Bonemass' beady skull-eyes and tardily rippling jellify head and gaping mouth and floppy lips.

Here are the untasted patch notes to see for yourself:

  • Fixed smelter issue when a very age has passed since visiting (10000 days)
